Two spacious mountain chalets in Lofsdalen – a village at the base of Hovärken mountain in Härjedalen, Sweden – are available to rent on a weekly basis all year around.

Winter in Lofsdalen is an absolute paradise for downhill and cross-country skiing. It has one of Sweden’s best ski resorts and is a favourite with children and grown-ups alike.

Our chalets are located on the mountain, high above the village, with views that extend for miles and miles. Skiing down a slope right outside the chalets will take you directly to the ski lifts and returning home at the end of the day just requires taking a ski lift back up. It is a true case of ski in, ski out.

The Lofsdalen ski resort offers a mix of challenging slopes and easy, gentle runs. The top of Hovärken mountain, which is 1,125 m above sea level, can be reached by two six-seater chairlifts. A 3.5 km long slope runs down from the top. The village offers a great selection of leisure activities and restaurants.
